Event canceled 30 days or more before the event date: 100% refund of deposit.
Event Canceled between 30 days and 15 days before the event date: deposit can be transferred to another event on a future date if schedule allows.
Deposit is nonrefundable if cancellation occurs within 14 days of the event.
If cancellation happens 72 hours or less before the reservation: deposit is non refundable with an additional charge of $25 per person.

Yes, you are welcome to, however we do not allow glitter or confetti. All décor must be pre approved by The Rex management team and picked up by end of event or a fee will be charged.
Yes, for special events, 20% gratuity is added to the final bill.
Metered and Street Parking is available along with an evening paid lot across Avenue I.
Each event space has a four-hour time limit and must begin no later than 7pm
Possibility to extend, fee will be determined based on party size.
Guests must be vacated by 12:00 AM
Yes a 300$ room fee applies to every event.

Contact the Events Department to discuss Details of your event. A signed contract, deposit form, and a deposit of 50% of the applicable food and beverage minimum are required to solidify your date. On event day, the deposit will be applied toward your final check.
